March Mania learns from Mini-U and welcomes a new 'Challenges: Plan It, Build It, Test It' activity for Juniors and Seniors to add to the afternoon excitement over March Break.

ParaSport Fitness School returns July 29-August 9: We are very excited to welcome ParaSport Fitness School back in its second year at SFS! We've renewed our partnership with ParaSport Ontario and the Hamilton Accesible Sport Council, learned a tonne in 2012, and are excited to bring it to life with you again this July/August.

Mini-U has their 2013 lessons, activities and adventures top-of-mind, challenging themselves to reach new heights in creativity and education, while Sport Fitness School aims to solidify new camp initiatives and ensure the FUNdamentals of sport are shared in the safe, inclusive and 'whole-lot-of-awesome' environment we've grown accustomed to over the last 35 years.
